Mona is a partner in the corporate team in London advising on UK and cross-border acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, management buy-outs/buy-ins, restructurings and mergers. She also represents stakeholders in complex acquisitions, group restructurings and joint venture shareholder arrangements.

While Mona’s primary focus is on investment, M&A and corporate transactions, she also has a broad commercial practice. She advises clients across various sectors with their commercial contracts, including distribution arrangements, complex and bespoke supply agreements, logistics outsourcing, technology contracts and collaboration agreements.

She acts for insurers, financial institutions, and companies in the transportation, oil and gas and tech sectors across multiple jurisdictions. Mona also brings valuable in-house experience having completed two client secondments with insurer Royal & Sun Alliance and Emirates Airlines.
