We recovered £750,000 in damages for a client who suffered multiple injuries in a road traffic accident in France. The settlement was particularly significant since the defendant’s French insurers originally offered him EUR 11,000.

We settled a claim against Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust following the alleged negligent mismanagement of our client’s orthopaedic treatment for a wrist fracture in 2002, when our client was nine years old.
